Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on Kartup.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order, please contact us through our official support channels and mention your order number.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.
Requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered valid.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, please accept the delivery and follow the Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation
COD orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Orders that remain unconfirmed may be automatically cancelled.
Repeated COD cancellations may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
For prepaid orders cancelled successfully before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds generally reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Kartup reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

Product being out of stock or discontinued

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Orders flagged as high-risk or suspicious by payment systems
In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
