1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location and courier service.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping pan India on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges.

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track your delivery in real time.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support as soon as possible for cancellation requests.

6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery, and a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

7. Why is an unboxing video required for returns?
The unboxing video helps us verify issues like damage or wrong items and protects both customers and our team from misuse or transit-related disputes.

8. How and when will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds usually reflect within 8–15 business days after approval. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
